Approaching the end of 2024, Chinese glyphosate companies are now generally under pressure to return capital. The production enterprises generally adjusted their operation rate before the Chinese New Year. While ensuring the basic production continues, companies are more inclined to control their accounts receivable and inventory to take up cash flows at the end of the year. From December 2024 to January 2025 is generally the off-season for overseas demand, and companies are mainly preparing for the 2025 season at this stage. As a result, producers' enthusiasm for overseas sales is relatively subdued at the moment.
